What to include

If your message is about a result, it helps to include:

• The calculator or guide you were using.
• The values you entered: length, width, depth and anything else you changed.
• The result you got and the result you expected.
• The material and, if you have it, your supplier’s density figure.

Corrections

Confirmed errors are fixed and recorded, with the date, in the changelog. The corrections policy explains how reports are handled.
